Project Leader

Under the authority of the Head of Department Project Leader, the project leader keeps track of contractual activities between all stakeholders and customers. Maintains constant liaison with clients on the development of contracts and negotiating commercial and technical changes with them. Analyzes the content of contracts to ensure that it is consistent with the bid and negotiated agreements. Establish a solid communication with the staff of the regional sales offices and with clients.

Tasks:

- Perform order entry in the SAP operating system.
- Coordinate and monitor the orders received.
- Plan and execute meetings start commands and determine those involved in the contract ( engineers, designers , purchasing and production) , calendar dates ( for engineering, to production , purchasing and shipping ) and define the characteristics and requirements of the contract.
- Confirm the production planning to the customer.
- Give orders received upon receipt and until the expiration of the applicable warranty .
- Obtain approval of the customer, according to the deadlines for drawings , equipment and other applications .
- Provide the required documentation to the client (drawings , instruction manual ..... ) .
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all customers : by responding to customer queries in a timely manner , and informing the customer of any changes that may occur during the process ( late delivery, etc..)
- Coordinate customer visits with ETC and factories.
- Prioritize planning with the production department to be able to meet shipping dates and thus ensure customer satisfaction .
- Actively participate in weekly production meetings that involve all departments.
- Receive and ensure that customer complaints are entered into the system CPRC and the necessary actions are taken to respond more quickly to customer.
- Coordinate the return of equipment in conjunction with the client and the quality department and ensure that changes are implemented in a reasonable time .
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to help the recovery of late payments, seeking information for opening customer accounts , authorization and creating credit notes.
- Collaborate to information seek or reporting required by the Department of Marketing /Engineering research.
- Make , within its area of jurisdiction and competence , all other functions not specifically provided for herein and requested by the immediate supervisor.

- Collaborate actively to solve the questions and problems that arise in the files.

Requirements:

- Collegial Degree (DEC) in administration OR Bachelor Degree (BAC) in administration
- Asset: formation or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Eng.
- Minimum experience of 2 year in Contract Administration
- Experience with customers Sales or Services.
- Asset: experience in Manufacture Market
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Lync, Excel, Word) and Acrobat
- SAP or other MRP System
- Bilingual (French & English)
