Internship - Electric Engineer

For our Robotics and Motion Division which provides generators, drives, mechanical power transmission, robotics, wind and traction converters to our clients, in our Drives & Controls BU, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer Intern.

Tasks:

In this role, you will take part in an international team aimed at designing and delivering electrical converters. You will be supporting both definition of electrical and electro-mechanical components phase and electrical layout design phase. You will fill in pertinent documentation, such as test results reports and technical requirements list. You will be required to keep yourself up to date with railway market legal regulations and norms.

Requirements:

Do you hold a degree in Electrical or Electronical Engineering? Do you have a basic undrstanding of electrotechnics? Do you have a reliable degree of knowledge regarding power electronics? Are you confident with Matlab/Simulink/PLES or PSIM? Are you both fluent in English and Italian?
Strong pluses will be: knowledge of German language, main railway transportation features, knowledge of 3D modelling softwares.
