Tehtävät :

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Drives in Helsinki. You will be part of the retrofit team of Global Service Center Finland (Drives Service). Together with the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent sales support for Local Sales Units globally by defining the most appropriate retrofit solution based on customer requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, as per contract agreement, and in accordance with the quality & safety framework of ABB.

Your responsibilities
• Quoting and selling retrofits
• Developing service concepts to serve local service units
• Developing the sales process and tools
• Developing project booking and execution
• Project planning and scheduling
• Making financial and cost estimates
• Project risk and opportunity management

Vaatimukset:

Requirements
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in technology (preferably specializing in electrical engineering or equivalent)
• A good understanding of the service business
• Excellent knowledge of the market and portfolio of Drives (frequency converters)
• An analytical and results-oriented way of thinking
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
• A strong customer focus
• Experience in the project business and/or application engineering
