Tehtävät :

We are looking for a Tender Supply Chain Manager at ABB Oy, Grind Integration unit in Vaasa. Working in close cooperation with the local Tender Project Team, you will be responsible for establishing the Tender Sourcing Plan (TSP) based on the client´s tender specification and PG global/ territory sourcing strategy and for facilitating its adoption by all parties during the tender process.

During the project execution phase, you will deploy the TSP in the Project Procurement Plan (PPP) and ensure that Supply Chain Management (SCM) related deliverables are achieved in relation to price, quality and delivery in line with the project requirements. You will be responsible for the entire scope of supply of the entire project.

Your responsibilities
• Identifying sourcing related opportunities and the critical commercial, fiscal and legal conditions of the client´s tender specification and ensuring they are included in the bidding documentation to vendors
• Defining the target price for main equipment and sub-contracted services together with Strategic Sourcing Team
• Ensuring that vendors considered in ABB´s tender to the client are qualified according to ABB qualification processes
• Ensuring cost reduction targets are met and reported in compliance to both group based targets as well as tender/project specific targets
• Monitoring compliance to health and safety as well as business ethics within operational work, contracts and negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with all Group, Division and BU instructions and guidelines as they apply to the project
• Ensuring a PPP is available and updated for all projects worked on

Vaatimukset:

Requirements
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a suitable engineering, business administration discipline or any other relevant qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a project environment and in a supply chain function
• Experience in the procurement of tailored equipment and/or subcontracting services (e.g. civil and installation works.)
• Good knowledge of processes in large and complex industrial or turnkey contracts
• Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
• Drive to continuously create results and innovative solutions
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish
