Tehtävät :

We are looking for a Sales Manager, International OEM (IOEM) at ABB Oy, PG Large Motors and Generators in Helsinki. In this position, you will drive the growth and profitability of the entire product portfolio of PG Large Motors and Generators for the IOEM customer you are assigned to. In addition, you will be responsible for business development in the IOEM customer area.

Your responsibilities
• Establishing price structures in conjunction with management and following up on their implementation through the Local Sales Unit (LSU)
• Setting targets and budgets for development action plans together with the LSU’s and the global key account manager (GKAM) to meet these targets and budgets
• Participating and assisting in product development based on customer needs together with the respective development organizations
• Building and maintaining a good customer relationship with the sales units of the customer
• Following up ABB’s performance in fulfilling the needs of the customer and initiating development actions as necessary
• Managing order booking to factories; review and clarify LSU order to ensure clear technical and commercial order, participate kick off meetings

Vaatimukset:

Requirements
• We require a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Or, some years of relevant experience within the international business environment and technical support
• An understanding customer needs and experience working in the customer interface
• Wide knowledge of products and markets
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• Sociable, with the ability to network
• Culturally sensitive, stress-tolerant and flexible
• Willing and able to travel
