Tehtävät :

We are offering a position as a Sales Manager, at ABB Oy, Robotics in Vantaa. Heading a dynamic sales team, you will drive the growth and profitability of the entire product portfolio of ABB Robotics in Finland. You are a systematic and goal-oriented team player with strong leadership skills. You have a positive attitude, outgoing personality and you are full of energy. You have tangible experience in Finnish discrete industry and an understanding of industrial automation and robotics.

Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing the sales team
- Setting sales targets, following up the team’s performance and coaching them
- Developing both direct and indirect sales channels
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships

Vaatimukset:

Requirements
- We require a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or in automation
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in discrete industry
- Knowledge of robotics
- An understanding of customer needs and experience working in the customer interface
- Good knowledge of the Finnish market and channel development
- Fluent in Finnish and in English and good communication skills, in general
- Culturally sensitive, stress-tolerant and flexible
- Willing and able to travel around 80 days a year
- Experience in Salesforce.com
