ABB has a Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services including employer branding and social media solutions.

Tehtävät :

We are looking for a Talent Partner at ABB Oy, Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) in Helsinki. In this position, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals. You will handle various tasks related to identifying, attracting, assessing, retaining and advancing internal and external talent.

Your responsibilities
• Delivering talent processes, with a special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent challenges
• Performing strategic activities in relation to integrated talent management
• Acting as an internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves
• Preparing lists of potential candidates and initiating discussions with line managers
• Communication with and interviews and assessments of candidate, and checking references
• Liaising with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs
• Recommending continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent function.

Vaatimukset:

Requirements
• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field
• A few years’ experience of full life-cycle recruiting
• Solid experience with talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback and/or previous experience in an HRBP role
• Knowledge of the business environment and organizational structure, and a good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques
• An understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies
• Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish.

• Ability to work across cultures
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Highly developed communication, sales and advising skills.
