The FACTS technology enables power system owners to increase capacity in the existing power system while the electrical stability improves. As a result, more power reaches the customers at a minimal environmental impact, shorter project lead time and at lower investment costs. At the FACTS unit in Västerås, we develop and sell this groundbreaking technology to customers on the global market.

Uppgifter :

As Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer your main mission will be to perform electro mechanical design with tools such as SolidWorks 3D CAD. Furthermore, you will take on the overall responsibility of the electro mechanical part of projects, and be responsible for budget and all technical and quality associated matters. Included in your work is to manage design, sizing and procurement of material.

This is a varied and challenging role, where you will work in an international environment, and will be given great opportunities to deepen your skills and specialize within different technical areas or within project management.

Krav:

You have a strong focus on result and execution combined with the ability to work in a high-paced environment. You thrive in a cross-functional environment where you can contribute to an efficient way of working with your collaborative skills.

You hold at least a Bachelor in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical, Electrical or civil design. Experience in electrical or mechanical plant design is preferable, as well as experience in Solid Works. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike. Proficiency in Spanish, German, French or additional languages is a plus.
