The Harmony Performance Service, powered by ABB's ServicePort™, benchmarks control system performance and compares it to peak operating conditions to help manage control system utilization and prevent unpredictable performance.

Proprietary, non-invasive software simplifies control system data analysis and identifies potential issues through data collection, model identification, and simulation. Periodic and continuous monitoring options are available.

After identifying optimum system operation, ABB delivers a detailed plan to improve and maintain system performance. The plan is prioritized based on criticality, process area, and financial impact.

Phased implementation ensures that process and equipment changes can be made and maintained with steady progress toward performance goals.

Step 3: Sustain

The Harmony Performance Service provides 24/7 monitoring capabilities to sustain benefits achieved after recommended changes are made to help to ensure process performance remains at peak levels. Data collection and continuous or periodic monitoring help to develop operational trends to allow early detection of anomalies and planning for servicing equipment.
