All trainings in the Service Program have the goal of expanding and strengthening the service business. This program aims to support service employees in making their contribution to achieving the strategic goals in the areas of service solutions and service organization.
The focus of the courses in the Service Program is on teaching methodical and social competencies. To know and apply the success factors and principles of selling, to understand and use the processes and tools, and to know the entire ABB service portfolio as it relates to the customer segments.
