- We do not accept speculative CVs from any source. ABB Limited will not accept any terms relating to unsolicited CVs sent from unapproved suppliers direct to our business. All recruitment is coordinated through the HR function only.
- We refer all suppliers to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, in particular to Regulation 17 where it provides that before the first time an agency or employment business provides services to a hirer, other than the provision of information in the form of a publication, it must agree with the hirer the terms and conditions which apply or will apply between them.
- Recruitment suppliers have agreed to sign ABB Limited's Terms and Conditions before supplying services. Any suppliers attempting to send unsolicited CVs to ABB Limited or contact individual businesses and line managers directly will be deemed to be in contravention of the Regulations.
Permanent Staff Recruitment
ABB Limited welcome direct applicants, however for more specialist or senior roles we work closely with a small number of specialist recruitment agencies for which we operate a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL). There is no requirement to extend this list and we prefer not to receive speculative calls from agencies.
ABB Limited do not use recruitment agencies for graduate recruitment.
Contract and Temporary Recruitment
ABB Limited operate a single source agreement for contract and temporary recruitment. This sole supplier arrangement extends throughout all ABB Limited businesses.
