The ABB Power and Automation Leaders (PAL) program may be the right career opportunity for you.

The program is designed to prepare recent college graduates for professional careers in engineering or sales & marketing roles at ABB. Power and Automation Leaders is a two-year entry level program providing three rotational assignments.  Depending on their field of study, participants may choose assignments in our Technical Sales or Engineering tracks.

Rotational assignments allow the participants to work in multiple business locations. Each location provides a unique technology and business learning environment. Working alongside industry professionals, participants acquire knowledge of ABB customers, products, services and business practices. 

In addition to on-the-job work experience, each member of the PAL program expands their skills by attending special training modules and participating in annual ABB events. Each event provides opportunities to network with current and past participants in the program as well as other employees in the company.


Are you the ideal candidate?

Successful candidates for this program will possess the following characteristics:
 
  1. For engineering and technical sales tracks: have a B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical degree)
  2. 3.2+ GPA preferred
  3. Prefer to work in an environment that uses a combination of technical and interpersonal skills
  4. Availability to relocate within North America
  5. Must be authorized to work in Canada
