Tips for obeying the antitrust laws

Dear participants,

We would like to remind you to refrain from any discussion or exchange of proprietary or confidential information relating to price, volumes, customers, markets, territories / allocations, or any other competition affecting information or topics. Such activities may result in not only unnecessary increase of business costs or burdens, but also administrative, civil or criminal penalties, against natural person and/or corporations concerned, according to Chinese and international antitrust laws and rules.

Some examples of statements that are inconsistent with antitrust rules are as follows:

  • We must raise prices together!

  • You better not to step on our toes with respect to market allocation!

  • Let’s make sure there are no surprises about the coherence in our prices.
