Career paths, development and qualifications


As a production employee or technician, you assemble products, operating automated production lines, machinery, tools and other equipment; where required, you customize our products.

As a supervisor, you oversee production and assembly lines throughout the factory, ensuring operations follow agreed specifications to meet our customers' requirements.

As a production specialist or egineer, you develop and optimize our production processes, equipment and assembly methods. You work closely with quality and operational excellence as well as research and development in order to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery, using the most cost-efficient and lean production processes.


As an employee in maintenance, you ensure that production lines, equipment and tools are properly set up and maintained. Therefore, you regularly conduct maintenance work and thus contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and for your colleagues.

Warehouse and distribution

As an employee in this area, you manage and develop warehouse operations to control inbound and outbound goods, storage, picking and dispatch for both internal and external customers. You are also responsible for quality checks and inventory control.
