Silicone-housed surge arrester of IEC class station high (SH) for AC systems up to 72 kV

POLIM-H N is a surge arrester with metal-oxide (MO) resistors without spark gaps directly molded in silicone housing, grey color, designed and tested according to IEC 60099-4. POLIM-H N complies also with the following standards:

  • Shock and vibration tested according to IEC 61373
  • Fire and smoke behaviour tested and classified according to EN 45545-2

POLIM-H N is made fully in-house, using Hitachi Energy's trusted metal oxide resistors, since more than last forty years. This 100% in-house production enables Hitachi Energy to ensure high quality of the product. Safe, reliable and maintenance-free, POLIM-H N can be installed indoor as well as outdoor.
