We are looking to appoint a Continuous Improvement Leader who is capable of driving sustainable change within specific areas of the business. Combining technical expertise with finely honed communication skills, you will build on your understanding of market requirements, opportunities and threats, and key success factors in pursuit of operational excellence. Aufgaben :

- Work in close cooperation with executive teams and managers to draw up action plans in support of effective strategy deployment and help to coordinate Kaizen funnel
- Champion culture of continuous improvement across the organization, applying a range of lean management methods such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
- Spearhead optimization of key performance indicators relating to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity
- Schedule and facilitate kaizen projects, in addition to ensuring long-term efficacy of measures and supporting problem-solving processes where required
- Oversee successful implementation and improvement of Quality Management System and drive transition to lean value chain in collaboration with suppliers and customers
- Establish continuous improvement capabilities within the organization through targeted training and implementation of various processes, tools, and methods

Anforderungen:

- Solid qualifications in a discipline of relevance to the position and at least seven years' experience in the field of manufacturing, engineering, materials management, and/or quality and process improvement
- Proven track record of developing compelling strategies, translating them into actionable plans, and driving sustainable change in support of profitable business development
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System, Danaher Business System, and/or Honeywell Operating System (or similar) as well as expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking, approaches, and methodologies for the purpose of achieving best-in-class results
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by the capacity to lead and influence teams without having a direct line of authority
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken (preferably complemented by additional language skills), and willingness to travel to various sites in Europe
