For our Talent Acquisition team in Benelux we are currently looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Specialist, for our location in Zaventem.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Location : Zaventem

In this role you will partner with the business to attract, select, retain and advance our employees and external candidates to effectively implement business strategy. This role reports to the GBS Cluster Talent Acquistion Manager West Europe.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand current talent challenges.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process including candidate selection, communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer negotiations.
  • Actively advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote talent advancement activities within the businesses and also responsible for search within internal talent pools to ensure career and development opportunities of our employees.
  • Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines partnering with our active sourcing team.
  • Effectively partner with the global business services team to ensure all coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently, e.g. job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing.
  • Consult business leaders on talent products and processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive Employer Branding Activities, University Relationships, Early Talent- and Trainee Programs etc. where required, locally and online to boost ABB’s Employer Brand.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Several years of experience with full life-cycle recruitment, Talent Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities in an internationally operating company.
  • Solid experience with talent management programs, conducting assessments and providing feedback.
  • Familiar with use of application tracking and talent relationship management tools.
  • Profound knowledge of the industry sector and its implication for talent processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English skills. Furthermore a good knowledge of the French language.
