- Owns agile project governance, risk management, and project plans including status updates for assigned projects.
- Manages gate review process and organizational readiness process for assigned projects.
- Leads Release Management Team (RMT) for assigned projects to ensure transparency and mitigate risks quickly.
- Ensures active management of all program activities by team members throughout the release.
- Provides timely project status updates to stakeholders.
- With the Product Manager and R&D Manager, drives programs toward their targets.
- Actively engages with the PMO to provide consistent governance and transparency for all projects within Enterprise Software
- Leads / contributes to various process improvement initiatives undertaken by the PMO that lead to operational excellence and help product teams meet their KPIs


- 3+ years of program/project management experience in agile environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with experience managing complex software products and software releases
- Strong communication skills: written, oral, and presentations
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills to quickly analyze complex issues and situations
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task effectively across competing priorities
- Ability to take control of issues and manage them through to resolution
- 2+ years’ experience with agile methodology (Scrum/SAFe preferred) and Agile planning tools (Version One preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of performance against aggressive delivery goals
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with positive, can-do attitude
- BS in a technical field (minimum)
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is a plus
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
- Agile Certification (e.g. CSM, CSPO, ACP, etc.) is a plus
