- Plan, direct, organize and control the various activities related to materials management and supply.
- Develop, implement and manage strategic initiatives to strengthen the entire supply chain in a "lean" environment.
- Perform efficient inventory management of the Campus Montreal and Bromont warehouses for the EPPC division.
- Manage a wide range of products on a multi-week schedule to meet both production and distribution needs.
- Work in collaboration with product managers, production manager, and suppliers, as well as with multidisciplinary teams, to establish product mixes, quantities to buy, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels for all product categories and make recommendations to assist in the development of action plans.
- Manage on-demand availability, inventory turnover, and obsolescence.
- Assist in developing action plans for obsolete or low sales inventory.
- Provide timely inventory reporting and analysis.
- Create standardized reports for all business units.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
- Ensure the recovery and redeployment of assets.
- Manage business relationships with suppliers and customers (internally and externally).


- Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management and/or logistics
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the inventory planning field
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, material and component flow and information management principles
- Demonstrated abilities in quantitative analysis
Business acumen
- Ability to manage a team of 4 to 6 members
- Experience in the field of electrical components (preferred)
- Strongly motivated by success and eager to work in a demanding environment
- Ability to develop proactive relationships with various business partners
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Bilingualism (English, French)
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access; SAP is an asset.
