- Generate detailed visual aids (work instructions) with the Aegis Software.
- Process change notices, update & maintain visual aids.
- Analyze the new product to determine and evaluate production sequence.
- Develop production processes to support new product introduction (tools, equipment, layout, etc.).
- Optimize current processes, according to IPC standards and industry’s best practices.
- Monitor first production to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and that procedures are followed.
- Participate in the improvement of our production processes to better meet customer expectations.
- Actively participate in the training and development of the production employees.


- Technical degree in electronics, electro-mechanic, or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge in electronics assembly – IPC standards, ESD, production equipment and soldering
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, and also Word and PowerPoint), and AS-400 system
- Experience in working with AEGIS software, an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytically minded
- Team spirit
- Technical knowledge in the field of electronics assembly will be considered as an important asset
- Bilingualism: French and English, both spoken and written.
