Gather and compile data essential to the administration of contracts, assist with implementation of contract administration procedures and coordinate or monitor the completion of administrative tasks. Monitor areas of contract performance as assigned, conduct enquiries into specific contract problems and provide assistance in claims research.

Tasks:

Project execution (from project kick-off to project closure):
- Assists Contract Manager or the Project Manager in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project.
- Responsible for entry of new Projects in SAP and maintain Projects financial forecast on monthly basis.
- Assist the project management team with preparation for the monthly Project Reviews
- Create and maintain Material Master in SAP
- Track Ontime delivery, Assists during the identification of the contract baseline.

Project closure:
- Ensures all cost has been accounted for, all deliverables have been met and issue invoices and final project documentation.
- Monitors areas of (sub) contract performance, as assigned.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in order management from end to end
- Excellent communication skills with an excellent Command of English language, spoken and written
Knowledge of:
- Principles and practices of cost accounting;
- Understanding and interpreting contractual requirements
- Understanding and applying Basic budgetary principles;
- Mid-level computer operation skills, Microsoft office is a must, SAP is preferred
- Understanding and interpreting, with assistance, applicable laws and regulations governing contracts.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Work under moderate stress conditions in a fast paced business
