Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00am to 3:45pm, Friday from 7:00am to 2:15pm

Tasks:

Emergency lighting:
• Ensure the maintenance and functionality of all testing equipment used in production and ensure the maintenance of associated procedures.
• Support the production team in problem solving related to the operation of units and testing equipment.
• Ensure the calibration of testing equipment.
• Apply analysis methods to determine the source cause of failures (PCB and tests).
• Ensure the necessary assembly and adjustments of the ‘’jig’’ tests for the new products.
• Elaborate testing procedures for the new products and ensure the initial training.
• Asist the continuous improvement, quality and health and safety teams in the implementation of innovative solutions aimed at improving safety, the quality of our products and productivity.
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• DEC in electronics or equivalence.
• Knowledge of the quality criteria related to production.
• Knowledge and ability to weld electronic parts.
• Knowledge of IPC 610.
• Knowledge of ICT (In-Circuit Tester).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Ability to use measurement tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, frequency generator and power source.
• Knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
• Resourcefulness, autonomy, team spirit.
• Fluency in French and/or English, spoken and written.
• Bilingualism is an important asset.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards, an asset.
