Product Line Coordinator

Tasks:

Support the Product Marketing Manager in all aspects of the product line cycle management, by achieving various activities to maintain competitiveness and promote new product strategies. Play an important role as technical liaison for sales, customer service and quality assurance personnel.

Main responsibilities / activities:

• Coordinate and manage information and data pertaining to the product lines (catalogs, price lists, samples, proofing of technical details, documentation, price lists);
• Coordinate marketing and sales tools related to the product lines;
• Coordinate product promotions: participation in briefing, coordinate activities with other departments and follow-up on the KPIs;
• Create and manage reports for tracking success of products in the marketplace;
• Support inside customers with technical questions;
• Participate with Product Marketing Manager and engineering in product development meetings;
• Prepare presentations and provide technical training internally on tools and marketing material.

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Business administration, sales / marketing
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a connected sector
• Ease and ability to work with technical information
• Marked organizational skills and initiative
• High level of competency in interpersonal communications and team work
• Comfortable to do presentations and present technical information
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Perfectly bilingual (French / English).
