Finance Executive Assistant

Tasks:

In this role, you will be supporting the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance team

Your day-to-day
• Perform complex administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.
• Manage CFO agenda and email
• Research, compile and issue reports, presentations, charts, correspondence, etc.
• Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
• Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiate actions and makes judgments about urgency of issues.
• Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members
• Be the back-up support when other executive assistants are on vacation
• Arrange business internal/external events, such as travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
• Organize and coordinate internal or external trainings, mainly at Campus
• Produce expense reports for CFO, provide occasional support to other members of Finance team.
• 20% of time dedicated to support to Legal department

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent in pertinent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Finance an asset
• Detailed and results oriented
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Autonomous, proactive and customer focus
• Experience in a global matrix organization is an asset
• Fluently bilingual
• Desire to be involved in the work life
