In this role, you will be supporting the Country HR Manager as well as supporting the delivery of the HR agenda

Your day-to-day
• Perform complex administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.
• Research, compile and issue reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
• Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
• Implement ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues. Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members and employees.
• Arrange business internal/external events, such as travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
• Coordinate with Learning partners and Global business center logistic around training venue.
• Provide financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.
• Produce monthly KPI and HR reports.

• College degree or it’s equivalent in administration or human resources
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Detailed and results oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is required
• Autonomous, driven, and customer focus
• Experience is a global matrix organization is an asset
• Fluently bilingual
