This is a temporary contract for a maternity leave replacement.
- You will be responsible for the proactive management of accounts in several provinces. Perfectly bilingual with excellent communication skills, you must also demonstrate a sense of diplomacy, good organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure. You have a College diploma and/or 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in customer service (ideally in the electrical industry or manufacturing but not mandatory). Experience in building strong interpersonal customer relationships, has strong communication skills both written and verbal, self-starter (good initiative) and professional. Organizational skills and multitask ability. Basic computer skills (Excel & Word); ability to work under pressure in a busy team environment.
