Global Business Services-Global Travel Services (GBS-GTS) is a centralized GBS team that is responsible for Travel & Expenses (T&E) at ABB.
GBS-GTS fosters innovation, speed, and efficient travel management services with centralized administration and data transparency. The new T&E platform brings a host of services related to travel under one umbrella. GBS-GTS makes work-and-travel-life more productive for employees, line managers, country management, and ABB leadership. It empowers us with responsibility and efficiency. Travel procurement, travel operations services, execution model for countries, learning support, customer service helpdesk, and corporate card administration.

To strengthen our Global Travel Services Team, we are looking for the GTS Business Partner. This role represents GBS-GTS organization in a Respective Business line across countries in the region, and is the face to the internal customers. Business Partner is also an escalation point for complex Travel & Expenses questions, to ensure compliance with country rules and policy and act as demand manager in the geography.

Your responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for the business and country regarding strategical questions or organizing T&E topics across the board
  • Collects the business needs and connect with GBS-GTS team to develop the proper solution (dashboard, reporting, on-line training)
  • Handling questions from business line and countries on T&E related performance
  • Track changes on local legal environment and legislation in relation to T&E to make sure all stakeholders are informed, and that proper action can be taken
  • Point of contact for Internal Control and Internal audit within the country
  • Support establishing Performance and KPI Measurement Systems and reporting
  • Keep the business and country management informed about SLA, KPI and user satisfaction surveys

Your background

  • University Degree
  • Experience at least 5- 6 years in similar area
  • Project management skills and experience in internal control framework is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management experience - ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and in French is required
  • Advanced communication skills in multicultural environment
