We are looking for a new colleague who will performs various product/solution/service life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance and training. He/She become a contact person of GPM and GPM team for the local market and organization.

Your responsibilities

  • - Collaborates with internal LBU teams (i.e. manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction (e.g zero series support, cost monitoring, …)
  • - Prepares various analyses by product and competitors. Collaborates with internal teams to share data as needed
  • - Supports customer and colleagues with technical and application knowhow (e.g. homologation processes) and assists resolution of customer issues
  • - Supports the LBU in Design To Order (DTO) and Engineer To Order (ETO) and Configure To Order (CTO) according the BU/GPG Guideline and propose product enhancement ideas to Product Managers in GPM team
  • - Contributes to the idea capture and definition of new product/system/service technical characteristics for product development, by providing specific expertise, coming also from existing portfolio
  • - Assists sales and marketing teams in the launch of new products and contributes to marketing plans
  • - Prepares together with GPM team and with Marketing & Communication (MarCom) required marketing and promotional tools (e.g. presentation, catalogue, etc.). Creates together with GPM team external and internal product training modules and programs

Your background

  • - University degree (technical orientation)
  • - Technical knowledge
  • - Experience in sales of technical products and solutions
  • - Excellent communication skills
  • - Proactive behavior and reliability
  • - Excellent level of English and Czech languages
