Providing support and guidance in the day to day running of the EPDS Service site based team including allocation and distribution of resource, issue of paperwork and RAMS, providing technical support and works/cost collation and allocation


• Responsible for efficient and timely duties of resource allocation and distribution
• Production of high quality, accurate RAMS and HSE paperwork
• Willingness to travel and attend customer and organizational meetings
• Achievement against set individual and team KPI’s and agreed personal objectives
• Ensure timely responses to business information and support requests
• Provide technical support and advice to site team
• Develop a strong relationship within ABB to network and support market growth.
• Accurate reporting and forecasting of resource loading and utilization
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of ABB systems and tools

• Experience in MV/LV Switchgear
• Electrical qualification HNC or equivalent
• Experience of direct reports
• Ability to work to timescales and deadlines

• Ability to cope with fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

• Service delivery experience
• Commercial training
