Tasks:

• Overall product Sales revenue and quality of product.
• Customer Satisfaction through customer survey form.
• Identify and resolve issues in production and site.
• Use detailed knowledge of product to provide assistance and direction to internal teams. Impart product trainings as and when required.
• Quality Assurance for testing, test plan development and troubleshooting.
• Technical Support to sales, engineering,production and service teams.
• Prepare Technical Documentation like engineering and manufacturing instructions, service manuals etc. for his product to support other functions.
• Perform Marketing for demonstrations and pre-sales activities.
• Validate different functional requirements from internal staff and external clients.
• Conduct Type testing to confirm any enhancement in the product.
• See the possibility of cost reduction, localization to improve profitability.
• Understand customer requirements and propose solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with BU global teams to sort-out product issues.

Requirements:

• BE degree in Electrical with at least 4-6 years of experience with Low voltage switchgear system. (Conventional and Intelligent).
• 2-4 Years work experience in low voltage switchgear product management.
• Knowledge on IEC standards.
• Knowledge/Execution of different type test for low voltage switchgear with ERDA/CPRI is preferable.
• Hands on experience with AutoCAD /Eplan.
• Must be self-motivated, team & customer orientated, adaptable, committed to setting and meeting challenging schedules, managing multiple activities and effective verbal/written communication skills are required.
• Could work within a virtual organization.
