We are seeking a Senior Field Service Specialist who is responsible to deliver the service portfolio effectively. You shall execute technical support, act as a specialist and solve problems in own expertise area.


Reporting to Service Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support and solve problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any service category
• Determine effective service application service applications, equipment and methods to develop, market or manufacture new service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost effectively
• Provide technical consulting on service solutions to the management and customers
• Manage customer relationship and maintain regular contacts with key customers
• Coordinate and perform specialist service projects like create milestones, project plan, cost supervision, action steps, project reviews, project
• Prepare documents and reports to be signed by customer representative
• Identify suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicate them further in ABB organization
• Plan activities in a timely and cost-effective way


Key requirements include:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 plus years of experience in field service for electrical engineering products
• Knowledge on low voltage/medium voltage drives

Candidates applying for this role should have good communication skills and proficient in MS Office tool.
