You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB Motion in Business Function Sales, Parañaque City; Philippines. Reporting to the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.
- Responsible for sales, products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy.
- Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities.
- Selling products and systems to customers, focusing on volume and profitability target for assigned Business
- Units/Product Groups.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Creating and implementing a promotions and communications strategy to support sales growth plan to assigned region or account.
- Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers including prices and trading conditions.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for
- your colleagues and the business.
- A license Electrical Engineer is advantage/commercial qualification or recognized equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in a related industry.
- Technical and product knowledge for building and industrial electrification with deep understanding of Philippines electric power industry.
- Experience with competition in terms of sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Long time exposure in customer influencing through technical selling and effective product marketing.
- Computer literacy and competent in using SAP (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project are essential.
- Good communication skills and assertive business acumen.
