To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a HR Services Specialist for Talent Acquisition with excellent communication skills and a strong interests in Talent Acquisition as a function. Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the quality of the talent acquisition process by: checking the quality of the job requisition details, preparing and publishing job postings, candidate phone screening, creating longlists of candidates, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters and employment contracts, etc.
  • Supporting various early talent identification programs such as careers fairs and university events.
  • Creating purchase orders and process invoices for payment to vendors.
  • Maintaining good data quality in HR systems.
  • Communicating and consulting with internal customers regarding all talent acquisition policies and standards and recommend improvements and simplification.
  • Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition) for an assigned group of employees.

Your background

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Recruitment administration experience or other relevant HR experience.
  • Interest in different aspects of Talent Acquisition as a function.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Fluent business English and Czech.
  • Proactivity, analytical skills and attention to detail.
