Tasks:

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Comply with ABB code of conducts and business ethics.
2. Identification and support of business development activities in Utility and Renewable segments.
3. Establish, build and maintain long-term customer relationships
4. Gather structure and monitor customer profile, customize ranking, market demand, business potential through continuous customer visits.
5. Lead market / customer penetration and marketing campaigns to identify new opportunities and boos the pipeline.
6. Analyze customer specifications and coordinating with design and proposals teams to deliver suitable offers.
7. Lead discussions/negotiations with customers.
8. Assisting in the preparation and optimization of the technical and commercial proposals. Also, attend risk review meetings.
9. Analyze market information, prepare ensure the overall sales budget and market share.
10. Ensure the achievement of the assigned targets within the assigned segment.
11. Development of segment plans that include segment strategies, objectives and associated tactics and player maps for the assigned accounts.
12. Evaluate and assess competing products / solutions and their market positions; develop and implement strategies and plans to differentiate products from the competitors
13. Coordinate and make presentations to customers. Presentations may cover technical, operational benefits, product features, economic justification, product differentiation and key values.
14. Coordinate with all Market Managers and develop the allocated segment strategies per BU.
15. Follow defined policies regarding sales pursuit activities and processes.
16. Liaising with key ABB factories and 3rd party suppliers.
17. Manage risk reviews, maintain SalesForce.com and other sales tools.
18. Develop team members as applicable.

Requirements:

Ideally you'll hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with preferred 5 to 7 years in Sales management role within utility sectors, and good track record and knowledge about Grid Automation solutions and systems. Fluent in English & Arabic communications is required.

Note: Priority will be given to Saudi national
