Tasks:

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

1.Service sales delivery
In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager prepare and agree your Sales plan and Go to market Approach for Service business/Offering Portfolio to ensure successful achievement of your Sales target.
Monthly order estimate and accurate forecasting of order pipeline based on real reporting of opportunity status.

2.Volume and profit
Understand and map the existing installed base (IB) to be able to identify and develops sales opportunities for Service products and solutions.
Penetrate the existing IB and new IBs in the market.

3.Customer Relation
Establish strong Customer relationship leading to the full understanding of the customer buying behavior internal process and decision makers.
Being the customer voice inside ABB and Translates the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions.

4.New opportunities
Generates Service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios. Takes a One ABB approach to leverage other colleagues’ portfolios

5.Marketing & Market intelligence
Promote ABB’s service products and solutions in the market by different marketing tools and activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Analyzes customer needs and competitor movement and offering through general/public market information and information provided by the Sales organization.

6.Resource Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinates internally with all stakeholders (Engineering, tendering, SCM, team operation, Finance controller) to ensure synchronized efforts to toward profitable order handling in all order stages.


You will be part of Power Grid Automation service team with a mission to Drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focus on installed base penetration (IB) and (IB) expansion and sell the entire Service portfolio. Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

Requirements:

Ideally you should have an Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 to 5 years minimum of sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Utility, Oil & Gas or industrial end users is essential.
Good knowledge about competitor’s products and their attitude in market.
Having a sound record of orders/ relationship and contacts with end users, EPC’s & consultants.
Good knowledge of Contract negotiation skills along with quotation preparation.
Technical background of Grid Automation, System Integration businesses is a plus.
