Working within the Industrial Automation division, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the account strategy for Oil, Gas and Chemicals services in South East Asia. You will coordinate sales activities, while maintaining a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

Reporting to the Hub Service Manager your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in the development of sales strategies by being a spokesperson for the customer - providing their current business and long-term plans.
• Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
• Define sales targets for the account and ensuring achievement with a structured follow up process across South East Asia.
• Provide customers with products/solutions/services, in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
• Create added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
• Drive the application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools.

Requirements:

Key requirements include :
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in service business in the oil, gas and chemical industry.
• Sound knowledge of the OGC's technical and commercial strengths and relationships with markets.
• Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts, and sales strategy.
• Knowledge and experience of automation and control systems, electrical products and associated technologies
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship building skills.
