As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for Power Electronics products.


Reporting to the Local Division Sales and Marketing Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Define and communicate the product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with global product market strategy.
• Establish product marketing targets and budgets. Ensure achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups/Product Lines.
• Establish a constant and effective communication with key stakeholders on business plan, strategies, and operational issues.
• Oversee sales execution by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to sales organization, external channel partners and/or distributors.
• Oversee execution of service and projects and ensure on-time delivery and profitability. Conduct regular review of operational KPIs and resource planning.


Key requirements include :

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Knowledge in power electronics products, e.g. UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems and voltage conditioners
• Experience in managing and supporting channel partner business
• Hands-on experience in project management and site service is preferred
