Tasks:

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Energy Portfolio (EPM) business to deliver on the sales of our software solutions to our customers both through direct and indirect channels across South-East and North Asia.

You will be responsible for driving the actions required to achieve topline budget targets for both sales volume and strategic objectives whilst proactively leading the business planning processes to ensure these objectives and targets are met.

Working closely with customers, you will be comfortable at building relationships at all levels of our client’s organization, ensuring you can clearly define and demonstrate the value of our solutions whilst ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the highest levels.

You will be experienced at defining and implementing a clear go to market strategy and will be confident in building and implementing a channel partner strategy in order to grow sales.

Requirements:

We are ideally looking for you to be experienced in the software or advisory services sales market specifically within the Energy and Utilities industries. Ideally you have had strong exposure to the energy markets including forecasting, planning and optimization.

You will be extremely proficient in solution selling, with proven credibility in the markets we operate in, as well as being well-versed in presenting your solutions or products to senior executives, business partners and C-suite executives.

To be successful in this role, it is likely you will have experience in working for a complex global organization and you will be adept at both capitalising on the opportunities and managing the complexities these positions can bring. You will be an exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills and a strong understanding of sales cycles and strategies.
