As a Customer Support Manager you would be Leading IACT Singapore Delivery Centre Customer Order Fulfillment team who provide internal and external customers support, Drive operational excellence within the IACT SG Delivery Centre with continued strong customer focus.

Tasks:

Reporting to the Delivery Center Manager your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the Fulfillment including the customer orders, customer inquiry & product distribution globally.
• Define and monitor the KPI and identify the corrective action and improvement plan to close the performance gap.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Sales Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams.
• Ensure timely issue of invoices for revenue generation; Identifies and closely follows up on customer issues relating to credit.
• Improve the cost and efficiency in the entire distribution, streamlining processes and benchmarking the best practices in logistic industry.
• Recommends appropriate solution for special customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
• Establishes regular reports and statistics of the customer support process. Reviews and analyses performance against standards and prepares improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in business, logistics or engineering
• Min 10 years’ experience in logistics, analysis and customer support.
• Exposure to inventory planning, supplier management, transportation and warehouse management is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and competency in ERP or Microsoft office tools.
