We seek for Service Sales Engineer who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Motion; Drive Service in Dudullu - İstanbul location with below qualifications;

Your responsibilities

  • Sales and marketing activities of Drive Service Products such as Value Added Services (replacement, retrofit, upgrade, service agreements, digital services, energy efficiency, etc. ) and Base Services (spare parts, repairs, preventive maintenance kits, trainings, etc.)
  • Screening, prospecting and development of opportunities for service products,
  • Create added value for the customer and ABB using effective sales techniques and communicate details.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs
  • Prepare offers to ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial conditions.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Cooperation with product sales team for aftersales service activities,
  • Regular customer visits.

Your background

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering,
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in steel, cement, paper, and petrochemical market segments. Working experience in drive service business is an asset,
  • Able to communicate effectively, able to manage contract negotiations, team work oriented & customer oriented,
  • Completed military service for male applicants,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
  • Having technical background in process industries.
