An ASSEMBLY OPERATOR is a classification common to all job assignments within the production area (Hourly) of Thomas & Betts – Hickory. Assembly Operators are trained on multiple positions using job assignment descriptions. Multiple job assignments may be given to each ASSEMBLY OPERATOR during the course of the workday.

Your background

  • Required Qualifications: Education:
  • Minimum: High School Graduate or G.E.D.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • • Must be able to read and understand Manufacturing Operating Instructions for each assignment (English).
  • • Must be able to read and understand training procedures and complete training evaluation forms for each assignment position.
