Brass, rail specific EN45545

EN45545-2 Compliant cable gland for use in rail, rolling stock and infrastructure applications.

Features

  • EN 45545-2 Compliant HL3 for Category R22 and R23 usage
  • Robust metallic construction
  • Multiple seal bushings for wide clamping range
  • Operating temperature range (normal use): -50ºC to +125ºC (-58°F to +257°F)
    Operating temperature range (short term): -50ºC to +120ºC (-58°F to +284°F)
  • IP66, IP68 (5 bar 30 mins), IP69 rating

Material:

  • All materials EN 45545-2 compliant to HL3 for category R22 and R23 use
  • Nickel plated brass body and cap
  • Low smoke zero halogen EPDM seals

Suitable for use with

  • Non-Armoured
  • Portable
  • Tray

  • General purpose rolling stock and infrastructure applications
  • R22 interior locations for small components
  • R23 exterior locations for small components
