ABB presents the DS301C, a new generation of RCBOs in a single module width, designed to meet the growing global demand for compact circuit and people protection. Its slim design frees up space in the electrical board, making room for future technologies like home automation.
Complementing the existing DS201 series (2 modules, launched in 2019), the DS301C is ideal for space-constrained applications in residential, commercial, and building environments, supporting up to 20 A nominal current.
Combining ABB’s MCB and RCCB technologies, the DS301C offers:
- Overload protection for installation safety,
- Fault current protection for human safety,
- Continuity of service for unaffected circuits.
The DS301C is a voltage-independent (electromechanical) RCBO, meaning it operates reliably even without supply voltage, critical for fault detection and user protection.
