130 years behind us, and the journey continues! With 26 years experience in the mining industry, Mehrzad Ashnagaran is now driving ABB’s all-electric mine approach to support the decarbonization of mining operations. He recently led the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding with Hitachi Construction Machinery to accelerate transition to all-electric mines. Sonosuke Ishii, Senior VP, shared a word to celebrate this important milestone.
