The total number of ABB Ltd’s issued shares and votes is 1,964,745,075, compared with 2,053,148,264 before the cancellation.
As of yesterday, the company’s holding of its own shares amounted to 71,646,615 which corresponds to 3.65 percent of the total number of issued shares in the company. This includes 48,541,500 shares purchased for capital reduction.
