Inductive sensors
Inductive sensors WSIN or WSIF react to conductive materials and are the most robust sensor type and dominant in factory automation.
- For the wireless sensor/actuator interface devices with wireless power supply, these special low power and low voltage inductive sensor heads have to be used.
- Alternatively contacts without need of auxiliary energy can be used.
- The range of low power inductive sensors has the standard switching distances depending on diameter and flush (WSIF) or non-flush type (WSIN).
