GoFa™ CRB 15000

Go faster. Go further than ever. GoFa's class-leading speed, safety, and ease of use will take your business to the next level. GoFa incorporates a range of features that allow it to be used safely, directly alongside human workers and without the need to design and build bulky barriers or fencing. GoFa can continuously share workspace with people, giving it maximum flexibility and efficiency. Robot and human cooperate on the same tasks, without jeopardizing productivity or safety.

Adding Ultra Accuracy to GoFa

Adding the Ultra Accuracy feature makes GoFa the most path-accurate cobot on the market, offering 10 times greater precision than other cobots, and setting a new standard in accuracy. This superior performance meets the demands of applications where exact positioning is crucial for maintaining product quality and operational efficiency. Applications include gluing and sealing in consumer electronics production, laser welding of car parts to tight tolerances, composite material layering in aerospace manufacturing, and precision laser cutting in metal fabrication. It is also ideal for accurate additive layer positioning in 3D printing and performing precision quality checks in metrology applications. The Ultra Accuracy feature is available for both new GoFa systems and as a retrofit option for existing GoFa cobots.

Introducing GoFa™

GoFa Ultra Accuracy

Ultra accuracy

The Ultra Accuracy feature for GoFa offers an innovative solution through advanced motion control technology, that significantly enhances precision, both absolute position accuracy and path accuracy, in applications requiring highly accurate path performance. This advanced capability is designed to meet the stringent demands of industries where exact positioning is crucial, such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and metal fabrication.

  • Path accuracy down to 0.03 mm across the entire workspace, ensuring precise execution of intricate tasks
  • Absolute position accuracy of 0.1 mm provides the reliability needed for maintaining tight tolerances in high-stakes applications
  • Advanced motion control technology allows GoFa to excel in high-precision tasks such as laser welding, gluing, and 3D printing, ensuring superior product quality
  • Offline programming with RobotStudio® achieves up to 99% match between simulation and reality, reducing the need for adjustments and ensuring efficient deployment

Collaborative safety

Designed for handling payloads up to 5kg, 10kg and 12kg, GoFa has integrated torque sensors in each of its six joints offering superior power and force limiting performance. Together, these prevent the risk of injury by bringing GoFa to an immediate stop if it senses any contact with a human worker.

  • Superior power and force limiting performance through integrated torque sensors
  • Safe design of robot, rounded geometry, no pinch/trap points
  • Safety certified Category 3, PL d
