Highlights at our booth includes 3 live demonstrations on our dedicated modular machine tool tending cell, welding cell, and safety solution, SafeMove2.

MT5 - Machine tool tending cell

MT5 is a modular and standardize machine tool tending solution. it comes with a built-in vision system specifically designed for robot guidance and also comes with one of the easiest to use operator interfaces on the market. This makes teaching on new parts within 10 minutes possible. CNC machines can also be fed with ease.

Together with industry partner, LionApex, the machine tending exhibit will comprise of a MT5 cell integrated with a CNC machine. Visitors will be able to observe the live demonstration of the tool handling process between the MT5 cell and the CNC machine.

Welding demo cell

The new IRB 1660ID is a compact robot for arc welding and machine tending and is the most versatile robot in the mid-size class. The new robot’s Integrated DressPack makes it easier to program and simulate predictable cable movements, creates a more compact footprint, and reduces maintenance costs by 50 percent thanks to reduced wear and tear on cables.

Together with industry partner, Synergyx Technology, a live demonstration showcasing the use of the arc welding technique in additive manufacturing will be displayed.

SafeMove 2

SafeMove2 performs safety certified monitoring of robot motion, tool and standstill supervision as well as speed limitation. This allows for operators and robots to interact directly without physical barriers, enabling the creation of more efficient and flexible production scenarios.

The exhibit will enable visitors to interact with the robot in motion directly without physical barriers.
