ABB received anti-corruption certificate from Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption: CAC

The Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption Council (CAC) re-certifies that ABB Thailand has met the commitments to the CAC declaration on anti-corruption by putting in place good business principles and control against bribery on March 9, 2017.

We are now a full member (rank 187) of CAC. Let’s behave our high standard of integrity at ABB in Thailand.

The CAC was initiated in 2010 with its objective to signify the collaboration of the private sector in adhering to the international framework and procedures for combating corruption. The CAC project is supported by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission and started through the cooperation of eight leading organizations, namely the Thai Institute of Directors Association, Thai Chamber of Commerce, Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce, Thai Listed Companies Association, Thai Bankers’ Association, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations and Federation of Thai Industries and Tourism Council of Thailand.

Mr.Chaiyot Piyawannarat, Managing Director of ABB Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia with Mr. Sirichote Singsa, Vice President of Robotics and Motion division, as ABB representatives, has joined the ceremony honors of the accredited practitioners and members of the private sector in anti-corruption on June 28, 2017.
