LEAD Early Career Program details

Each LEAD Early Career Program will include the following foundational elements.

  • On-the-job intensive training
  • Multiple in-person immersions, focused on learning & development, networking and executive interactions
  • Professional Development
  • One-on-one career & leadership coaching
  • Peer mentoring

Successful candidates for an Early Career Program should possess the following characteristics:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or accelerated master’s program and graduating by June 2021.  We define accelerated master’s as a combination bachelor’s/master’s completed in 4-5 years.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
